Mouning et al v. Metro North (Filed New Haven, May 2013): Mouning and his associate were passengers in a car that was struck by a speeding metro north train at a notoriously dangerous crossing in Redding, CT with a partial sight line. The railroad knew the crossing was dangerous for years and claims to have planned to fix it and install control gates for years but never did.
