Lesti Maj ppa Zayliah Meade v Yale New Haven Hospital (Filed in New Haven March 2013) Our client was laboring with her first baby and after many hours asked for a c-section. The doctors ignored her repeated requests and instead attempted a vacuum extraction. The extraction was attempted multiple times and caused skull fractures, brain swelling, and neurological damage.
